Alejandro Robledo Mejia, known as RMA, is a director and CG/VFX artist renowned for his technical and artistic excellence. He began his career in Los Angeles at Imaginary Forces before moving on to work with Kyle Cooper at Prologue. Since then, Alejandro has collaborated with major studios in Los Angeles, New York, and overseas. He has also worked directly with high-profile clients such as Maluma, designing and directing art for tours and major concerts.

Alejandro excels in producing stunning visual effects, 3D development, and animation for feature films, commercials, and the entertainment industry, combining art and computer engineering. He enjoys designing boards for pitches, working on productions, leading teams, and art directing. His extensive experience enables him to work under other creative directors, help creatives achieve technical results, or guide a team both creatively and technically.

Some of the clients and major projects he has worked on include Transformers, the Super Bowl, Marvel, Maluma, Shang-Chi, MTV's VMAs and Movie Awards, Microsoft, Apple, Samsung, the NFL, HBO, Hulu, Netflix, The Last Airbender, Red Bull, Google, Thor, X-Men, and many more.

 

Under the mentorship of Ben Fox, former Technical Lead at Framestore, Alejandro earned an Advanced Houdini FX Diploma from CG Spectrum. He also holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in Baltimore.
