For AMD’s Computex 2025 visuals, created for one of the world’s largest technology trade shows — COMPUTEX Taipei — I served as Lead Houdini and 3D Artist, developing the procedural systems that powered the show’s real-time event content and cinematic pieces. COMPUTEX is a premier global technology exhibition where major manufacturers like AMD showcase next-generation computing, AI, gaming, and workstation innovations to partners, media, and developers from around the world.
At AMD’s event presence — featured in press conferences and keynote showcases highlighting advancements across AI-PCs, graphics, and professional computing — I was responsible for architecting the core procedural design system used by the team.
My work centered on a cube-driven procedural workflow that could ingest any model or scene asset and transform it into dynamic block structures, enabling the creative team to author compelling visuals with speed and artistic control. The system allowed artists to define origins of growth, manage dynamic cube evolution, and seamlessly transition each element between three visual states — from glass to glow to metal — giving us rich visual texture and a unified design language across the show. This approach balanced technical rigor with artistic flexibility, supporting high-impact visuals for AMD’s flagship technology showcase.
